ORDINANCE 12-2025
AN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO THE TOWN OF PLOVER SCHEDULE OF FEES ORDINANCE
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Board of the Town of Plover, Marathon County, in the State of Wisconsin, as follows:
SECTION 1: AMENDMENT OF Town of Plover Schedule of Fees, is hereby amended as follows:
Dog License Renewals
Spayed / Neutered Fee $10.00$12.00
Not Spayed / Not Neutered Fee $15.00$20.00
SECTION 2: SEVERABILITY CLAUSE Should any part or provision of this Ordinance be declared by the courts to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the Ordinances as a whole or any part thereof other than the part so declared to be unconstitutional or invalid.
SECTION 3: EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon approval and publication.
